Prudence Office ticket staff are available by phone everyday from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Hours may differ on holidays. Staff may be unable to answer the phone during active ferry times. Please leave a message and the office team will return your call as soon as possible.

Our office staff are in the office during all ferry times including weekdays 6:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM and weekends 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. At the Prudence Office staff can assist with ticket purchases, making and changing reservations, purchasing Captains and Commuter cards, oversize/commercial reservation requests, setting up freight deliveries and other ferry related scheduling and questions.
The Prudence Ticket Office is also where all UPS and FedEx packages are delivered, please pick your packages up here during our open hours, avoiding active boat times to prevent delays to ferry departures.

Crew are available in the Bristol Office 30 minutes before each ferry departure. At this office you can conduct quick transactions such as purchase tickets, make reservations and make purchases of Captains and Commuter cards. This office is only open for a limited time between ferry runs therefore making multiple reservations or purchases and all oversize/commercial reservations should be conducted with our Prudence Office staff, in the office or by phone/email.
